3. Payment and Invoicing

Stomatological Polyclinic Delić provides dental services listed on the website exclusively on its behalf and for its own account. Stomatological Polyclinic Delić will issue a valid invoice to the patient for the performed dental service, and the patient is obliged to pay such an invoice in full accordance with the agreed payment method.

Stomatological Polyclinic Delić disclaims all liability for any errors on the website that occurred during its creation, data entry, or update, as well as liability for any damages to the user resulting from the use of the website and/or its content.

If the patient does not follow the doctor's instructions regarding necessary therapy and care, neither the doctor nor Stomatological Polyclinic Delić will be responsible for any complications that may arise, and therefore, customary appropriate warranties cannot be issued.

7. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Patient

The patient is responsible for following the instructions provided by the doctor after a procedure or treatment and is obliged to attend check-ups at the agreed-upon times (if the treatment requires it). If the patient does not follow the doctor's instructions, neither the doctor nor Stomatological Polyclinic Delić will be responsible for any complications that may arise.

8. Jurisdiction

For all disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the court in Rijeka has jurisdiction.
