WHAT IS PROFHILO?
Profhilo is a combination of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Its mechanism of action is not to achieve volume in the injection area, but to slowly spread and integrate into the skin around the injection site. Profhilo stimulates fibroblasts to secrete new connective tissue, stimulates the increase of fat cells, and hydrates the skin with its high concentration of hyaluronic acid (64 mg/2 ml). This process of cell activation at all levels of the skin is called bioremodeling.

HOW IS PROFHILO USED?
Profhilo is administered using the BAP technique (Bio Aesthetic Points) by determining 5 predefined points on each side where the product will be injected. A total of 2 ml of Profhilo is injected in one facial treatment. The treatment needs to be repeated after one month. After that, it will be necessary to repeat the treatments 1-2 times a year (the treatment is determined individually for each patient, depending on the skin condition, capabilities, and expectations).
Besides being used alone, Profhilo can be combined with other rejuvenating treatments, enhancing and emphasizing the results.
After makeup removal, the skin is disinfected, and if necessary, an anesthetic cream is applied. The treatment duration is 45 minutes, including consultations, application of the anesthetic cream, and product application.

WHEN DO I SEE RESULTS ON MY SKIN AFTER PROFHILO TREATMENT?
The effect of the product starts to be visible 1 to 2 weeks after the first application, with full effect one month after the second Profhilo application.
